On 30 March 2026, Winning Tower Group Holdings Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular and notice of the 2026 annual general meeting (collectively, “Current Corporate Communications”) have been uploaded to both the company’s website (http://www.wtgl.hk) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company recommends shareholders and investors access these documents electronically. Requests can also be submitted via email to 8362-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders preferring to receive future corporate communications electronically should provide their email addresses to the financial institutions or intermediaries through which their shares are held. Until a functional email address is supplied, the company will send notices of publication in printed form only.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333, available Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
