2026年8月3日，杭州泰格医药科技股份有限公司（03347）发布《关于回购公司股份的进展公告》，披露截至2026年7月31日的回购最新情况。
截至2026年7月31日，公司已通过回购专用证券账户以集中竞价交易方式累计回购股份20,963,478股，约合2096.35万股，占公司目前总股本的2.4347%，占A股总股本的2.8410%。本次回购成交最高价42.78元/股，最低价38.22元/股，累计支付的成交金额为824,339,556.29元，折合约8.24亿元（未含交易费用）。
依据公司此前审议通过的《回购公司股份方案》，泰格医药将动用自有资金或自筹资金以集中竞价交易或其他法律法规允许的方式回购A股股份，回购资金总额不低于5亿元且不超过10亿元，回购价格上限为60元/股。方案有效期自2026年6月9日股东大会审议通过之日起12个月内。
公司表示，将继续依据市场情况在回购期限内实施既定计划，并严格按照《深圳证券交易所上市公司自律监管指引第9号——回购股份》等相关法规履行信息披露义务，提醒投资者注意投资风险。
