和铂医药-B（02142）7月27日发布自愿公告称，公司已与中国医药集团有限公司（下称“国药集团”）签署战略合作协议，双方将成立“国药集团—和铂医药创新联合体”，围绕创新型生物药全生命周期开展合作，重点聚焦肿瘤及免疫炎症等疾病领域。 根据协议，和铂医药-B将依托其全人源抗体技术平台Harbour Mice®及人工智能赋能的药物研发能力，与国药集团共同进行候选抗体分子的发现与优化，涵盖靶点确认、先导抗体发现及优化、抗体构型设计和抗体工程等环节。国药集团将负责项目在临床试验、规模化生产及商业化方面的专业支持，包括工艺开发、临床试验物料生产及后续商业化。 双方将按约定条款共同承担研发成本并共享产品权益。公告同时提醒投资者，无法保证任何候选药物能最终成功开发或上市，投资者买卖公司股份时需审慎行事。 截至公告日，和铂医药-B董事会由两名执行董事王劲松博士、戎一平博士及四名独立非执行董事Robert Irwin Kamen博士、叶小平博士、Albert R. Collinson博士、陈维维女士组成。
