易点云有限公司（02416）于2026年1月20日公告，已执行股份回购并更新翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司本次于香港联交所场内回购745,500股普通股，占回购前已发行股本约0.1457%。每股回购价格区间介乎2.63港元至2.73港元，合计耗资约201万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份维持总数534,206,183股，其中510,858,183股为在外流通股份，23,348,000股为库藏股份。公司此前曾于2025年6月13日通过购回授权，授权购回总数为52,366,507股。公告披露，截至本次交易后累计购回13,203,500股，占授权通过时已发行股份总数约2.5214%。
