CHINA GLASS (03300) announced that as of November 13, 2025, the Group has entered into a second amended and restated deed (2025 Deed) with relevant parties. The 2025 Deed amends and restates the financing agreement, changing the repayment date to one year from the effective date of the 2025 Deed (i.e., November 13, 2025). This period may be extended by up to six months upon meeting specified conditions.
