Central China Management Posts Stable September 2026 Share Statistics, Affirms Public Float Compliance

Central China Management Company Limited filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming a steady capital structure with no movements in share capital or equity instruments during the month.

The authorised share capital remained at HKD 100.00 million, comprising 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were unchanged at 4.64 billion, while the company continued to hold no treasury shares. Consequently, total issued shares stood at 4.64 billion, mirroring the prior month’s level.

Central China Management also certified full compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as of 30 September 2026. The filing recorded no share option exercises, warrant conversions, convertible issuances, or other equity-related transactions during the month.

The update, submitted on 2 October 2026 by Company Secretary Ho Yuk Ming Hugo, confirms that all regulatory obligations under the Main Board Listing Rules were met and that no changes in authorised or issued capital occurred in September.
