直通电讯（08337）于2026年8月21日公告，基于董事会对集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审核综合管理账目的初步审阅，预计期内录得公司权益股东应占亏损约690万港元，较2025年同期的约420万港元亏损扩大。
公司指出，本期亏损增加主要由以下两项因素导致： 1. 贸易应收款项减值亏损约170万港元； 2. 因资讯科技系统重新配置，维修及保养费用较上期增长约1.3倍至约110万港元。
公告称，目前相关财务数据尚未经过核数师审阅，最终业绩有待董事会落实相关处理后确定。公司计划于2026年8月28日或前后公布截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩。
