Townray Holdings (01692) has announced that, subject to shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, May 27, 2026, the Board has proposed the following appointments: Mr. Li Bowen as an Executive Director; Ms. Dong Mingyao as an Executive Director; and Mr. Lu Heqiang as an Executive Director. (Mr. Li Bowen, Ms. Dong Mingyao, and Mr. Lu Heqiang are collectively and individually referred to as the "Candidate Directors.")

Subject to approval at the AGM, the appointment of each Candidate Director as an Executive Director will take effect at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.

Separately, current Executive Director Mr. Zhao Weiguang has decided not to seek re-election at the AGM, as he intends to devote more time to other personal commitments. Mr. Zhao will retire by rotation in accordance with the Company's articles of association and will cease to be an Executive Director following the conclusion of the AGM.
