Ruifeng Renewable Energy (00527) has announced a proposal from its board of directors to change the company's name.
The suggested new English name is "Ruifeng Green Energy AI Computing Holdings Limited," replacing the current "China Ruifeng Renewable Energy Holdings Limited."
Concurrently, the company plans to adopt a new Chinese secondary name, "瑞风绿能智算控股有限公司," which will take the place of the existing "中国瑞风新能源控股有限公司."
