Uni-Bio Science Group Limited (Stock Code: 00690) has announced that its board of directors will convene on 27 March 2026. The agenda includes approval of the audited financial results for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025 and deliberation on a potential final dividend.
The board currently comprises four executive directors—Chairman Kingsley Leung, Vice-Chairman Chen Dawei, Chief Executive Zhao Zhi Gang and Chief Operating Officer Dr. Wen Yalei—alongside two non-executive directors, Yau Kwok Wing Tony and Zhang Qing, and three independent non-executive directors, Chow Kai Ming, Ren Qimin and Ma Qingshan.
The outcome of the meeting, including any dividend recommendation, will be published following the board’s deliberations.
