本周三（6月25日）美股盘前时段，“稳定币第一股” Circle Internet Corp. 反弹超4%，截至发稿报232.7美元，公司隔夜股价大跌超15%。
消息面上，“木头姐”Cathie Wood旗下投资旗舰方舟投资于最近四个交易日内减持约150万股稳定币发行商Circle股份，套现约3.3亿美元。
此前，国际清算银行（BIS）发出严厉稳定币风险警告，并敦促各国央行迅速推进本币数字化进程。
稳定币作为可靠货币形式存在不足，在缺乏监管的情况下对金融稳定和货币主权构成风险。
这一警告时机敏感，距离美国参议院通过为美元挂钩稳定币创建监管框架的法案不到一周。
