According to a recent announcement, PAN ASIA DATA H (01561) has reported that Mr. Wang Yingjie has resigned as the company secretary and one of the authorized representatives under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective October 15, 2025. Following Mr. Wang’s resignation, the board has appointed Mr. Huang Jiande as the new company secretary and one of the authorized representatives.
