法拉第未来发布声明称，昨日，市场出现了关于公司高管减持公司股份的谣言。公司高管坚定持股，近期并未减持任何公司股份。此前公布4100万美元融资承诺后，公司已顺利收到投资人支付的首批总额约1000万美元的融资款。
公司按照法规要求提交了Regulation D表格来进行合规性披露。目前，该轮融资尚未发行任何普通股。Form D仅包含关于公司、管理层、董事及发起人的简要信息，与公司管理层售股无关，公司管理层也并未出售任何FF股份。
公司明日将提交Form 4，披露公司董事行权导致的股份变动。股份行权会涉及扣股缴税，并非董事主动售股，目前董事和雇员都处于公司股份禁售期内。
