2026年6月5日，维立志博-B(09887)发布翌日披露报表，宣布公司于2026年6月4日将44,391,598股未上市股份转换为H股。根据公告，这部分转换股份约占转换前公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）153,278,691股的28.96%，本次变动后，公司于香港联交所上市的H股总数增至197,670,289股。
同时，公告显示，对应未上市股份数量由原先的45,613,109股降至1,221,511股，此次转换股数占该部分未上市股份变动金额的比例约为97.32%。
公司在公告中确认已取得董事会正式授权，且相关转换符合所有适用的上市规则与法律法规。公告由联席公司秘书左洪刚签署。
