On the evening of September 21, Renmin University of China's Institute for World-Class Enterprises, Renmin University's Business School, and Lenovo Group jointly released the industry's first "AI-Native Organizational Transformation Guide" at a launch event attended by key executives, including Zhang Jin, Executive Director of the Institute, and Ablikim Ablimit, Vice President of Lenovo and Chief Strategy Officer and CTO of Lenovo China.

The guide highlights a pivotal shift: competition in AI is moving from a "technology race" to an "organizational race," with corporate AI adoption evolving from "empowering employees with AI" to "letting AI take on the work itself." It outlines five stages of transformation—from Stage 1 "+AI" local experimentation and Stage 2 "+AI" broad application, through Stage 3 hybrid AI infrastructure development and Stage 4 "AI+" operational redesign, to Stage 5 full AI-native maturity—supported by a strategic "Golden Five-Step Method" covering top-level planning, value leadership, silicon-based infrastructure, carbon-silicon integration, and flywheel evolution.

Lenovo also detailed its current AI ecosystem, dubbed the "3+100+N" agent army. Among its customer-facing solutions, the Lenovo Lexiang Super Agent has reached 7 million monthly active users and over 1 million daily interactions, contributing 50% of total revenue on Lenovo's official website and achieving a 23% higher conversion rate than the traditional site. This system is powered by the "Qingtian 5.0" hybrid AI platform, refined through four iterations over eight years.

Lenovo noted that over the past three years it has progressed from "+AI" to "AI+," with its practices earning the 2025 Ram Charan Management Practice Award for Excellence and a 2026 top-ten enterprise management best practice recognition. The event also showcased a collaboration with Yili Group: a jointly built supply chain control tower covering five major processes and 15 key nodes—including production planning, plant procurement, and supplier delivery—which reduced raw milk allocation costs per ton by 13.5% and boosted 24-hour on-time delivery rates to 98%.

Positioning itself as an "AI-native transformation partner," Lenovo aims to provide end-to-end services, including AI planning consulting, FDE co-creation, integrated hybrid AI infrastructure investment and operations, process redesign, and talent development, supporting enterprises across the entire transformation lifecycle.
