STARLITE HOLD (00403) announced that effective January 1, 2026, Mr. Lam Kwong-yu, the current Chairman, CEO, Executive Director, and member of the Nomination Committee, will step down from his role as CEO. He will continue serving as an Executive Director and member of the Nomination Committee while transitioning to the position of Executive Chairman. Additionally, Ms. Zhao Chunyan has been appointed as Executive Director and CEO of the company.
