According to the announcement from PINESTONE-NEW (00804), effective October 23, 2025: Mr. Li Zhentong has been reassigned from the position of Chairman to Co-Chairman; Mr. Lu Weixing has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Co-Chairman; Mr. Lu Lin has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director; and Ms. Jiang Tiancui has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
