Beijing Jingcheng Machinery Electric Company Limited (JINGCHENG MAC) announced that on 8 September 2026 it repurchased and immediately cancelled 1,739,100 A-shares originally issued under its Restricted Share Incentive Scheme. The shares were acquired via private arrangement at prices ranging from RMB 7.33 to RMB 7.72, translating into a volume-weighted average of RMB 7.34 per share and a total cash outlay of RMB 12.76 million.

Following the cancellation, the company’s A-share count fell 0.39% to 445.75 million from 447.49 million. With the H-share tranche unchanged at 100 million, the group’s total issued share capital now stands at 545.75 million, down 0.32% from 547.49 million.

No treasury shares were held before or after the transaction, and the repurchase does not affect the company’s 100 million H-shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under stock code 00187. The company cited the provisions of its Restricted Share Incentive Scheme as the basis for the buy-back, with further details available in its 3 September 2026 announcement.
