汉港控股集团有限公司（01663）8月25日公告称，其全资附属公司江西港洪实业有限公司与附属公司乐平市润丰房地产开发有限公司已于2026年8月25日（交易时段后）与独立第三方建设承包商江西高能建设工程有限公司签订项目还款协议。 根据协议，高能建设有条件同意接纳江西港洪分期偿还因建设服务产生而尚未支付的合同余额约人民币65百万元。该笔款项将按照协议所载时间表分期支付，最后一期付款日期为2029年12月。 为担保上述欠款的按时偿还，乐平润丰已将位于中国江西省乐平市的土地使用权作抵押；在全部支付义务履行完毕后，抵押将解除。 公司董事会表示，抵押不会对集团的业务及／或营运造成重大不利影响，公司正持续筹措资金以履行还款义务。 公司提醒股东及潜在投资者，在买卖本公司证券时务须审慎行事。
