法国兴业银行近日宣布，已与喀麦隆政府正式签署协议，出售其在喀麦隆子公司——法国兴业银行喀麦隆分行的58.08%股权。此次交易完成后，喀麦隆政府作为现有股东，其持股比例将大幅增至83.68%，并将全面接管该分行的所有业务活动、客户组合及员工团队。这笔交易预计于2025年底完成，届时将对法国兴业银行的核心一级资本充足率（CET1）产生正面影响，提升约6个基点。
