公告显示，回购完成后，周六福的已发行股本变动为261,449,683股，库存股份增至12,239,200股。公司于2026年5月22日通过回购授权，授权股份总数为2,727.56万股，截至目前已累计回购1,130.62万股，占回购授权通过当日已发行股本的约4.145%。
