公司公告显示，截至2025年8月31日止财年，天立国际控股营收35.89亿元，同比增长8.1%；经调整年内溢利6.18亿元，同比增长7%。毛利率为33.8%，较上年同期微增0.1个百分点。期内经营活动所得现金流量净额约为8.53亿元，同比增长约3.1%。
在费用方面，销售及分销开支同比增长2.8%，管理开支同比下降1.3%。研发投入相比去年出现较大幅度的增长。
业务分项
公告将营收分为四大板块：综合教育服务约18.68亿元，同比增长7%，主要得益于高中生入读人数稳步上升；产品销售约9.92亿元，同比增长8%，受益于供应链渠道在更多校网地区持续拓展；综合后勤服务约6.13亿元，同比增长2.6%，系服务的学生规模有所扩充；管理及特许经营费约1.16亿元，大幅增长93.9%，主因报告期内新增管理学校八所。
在核心运营指标上，截至2025年秋季学期初，高中生在读人数达到约6万人，较上年同期增长约11%。公司表示，将继续提升运营效率并推进AI智慧教育业务，进一步推动学术质量、数字化升级与多元化升学服务能力。
