华新手袋国际控股(02683)于最新公告中披露，董事会已获授权，可于相关期间内在香港联交所或获认可之其他证券交易所购回最高占公司当日已发行股本（不包括任何库存股份）10%的股份。公告显示，截至2026年7月8日，公司已发行股份总数为4.08626亿股，假设无进一步发行、购回及注销，公司最多可回购约4086.26万股。
公告指，此次购回计划将依据开曼群岛公司法及香港联交所上市规则进行，所涉成本将来自公司可合法动用的资金。董事会认为，适时行使股份购回有利于提升每股收益与回报水平，符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益，并承诺在不会对营运资金及资产负债状况构成重大不利影响的情况下，谨慎行使该授权。
公司同时提示，有关购回授权的决议须经股东特别大会批准，通过后方可生效。股东周年大会订于2026年8月31日举行，会议期间公司将就相关议案进行表决。
