加科思药业集团有限公司（01167，股份简称“加科思-B”）8月10日披露正面盈利预告称，根据截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审计综合管理账目及董事会现有资料的初步评估，预计报告期内将录得不少于6亿元的净溢利，而上年同期则录得净亏损约58.99百万元。这是公司首次实现盈利。
公司表示，由净亏损转为净溢利主要得益于收益的大幅增长，核心贡献包括：一是与AstraZeneca AB就JAB-23E73（泛KRAS）在全球（不包括中国内地、香港、澳门及台湾）范围内的研发、制造及商业化战略授权合作所产生的收入；二是与上海艾力斯医药科技股份有限公司就艾瑞凯®（glecirasib，KRAS G12C）及sitneprotafib（JAB-3312，SHP2）在中国内地的研发、制造及商业化的授权及服务协议所产生的收入。
公司强调，上述数据基于初步评估，尚未经核数师及董事会审核委员会审阅，最终业绩可能与当前披露数字存在差异。公司计划于2026年8月公布中期业绩报告。
