中国飞鹤（06186）7月15日公告称，其全资附属公司黑龙江飞鹤乳业有限公司以闲置资金认购中信银行发行的“信银理财全盈象智赢固收增益股债平衡封闭式30号理财产品”，本金金额为2亿元，预期年化收益率2.60%，产品到期日为2027年7月16日，属非保本浮动收益型理财，投资范围为固定收益类资产。
根据公告，截至本次信息披露日，集团在中信银行尚未到期的理财及结构性存款产品本金合计为24亿元。
公司表示，认购该理财产品的资金来源于集团现有盈余现金，旨在在保证资金安全性和流动性的前提下提升资金收益率。董事会认为，本次交易条款公平合理，符合公司及股东整体利益。
按香港联交所《上市规则》第14.22条规定，因集团此前已多次认购中信银行金融产品，本次交易与前期未到期产品需合并计算。合并后最高适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，构成须予披露交易，需履行公告义务，惟获豁免股东批准。
中国飞鹤成立于2012年10月26日，主要从事乳制品及原料奶的生产与销售，以及营养补充剂业务。中信银行H股在港交所（0981.HK）及A股在上交所（601998.SH）上市，双方同属独立第三方关系。
