海螺创业目前直接持有安徽海螺集团有限责任公司49%的股权，后者持有海螺水泥约37.55%的股权。公告显示，海螺集团公司在2024年及2025财年分别贡献了海螺创业约64.9%及67.2%的利润。
按照国际财务报告准则编制，海螺水泥2026年上半年财务数据如下（括号内为2025年同期数据）： 1. 收入：369.27亿元（414.37亿元） 2. 毛利：66.62亿元（99.85亿元） 3. 除税前利润：34.59亿元（61.68亿元） 4. 本期间利润：26.58亿元（47.16亿元）
