On October 1, 2026, a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket carrying NASA's Crew-13 Dragon spacecraft lifted off from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida.

Wall Street's bullish sentiment toward SpaceX is heating up.

Goldman Sachs analyst Eric Sheridan, in a research note sent to clients on Monday, initiated coverage of SpaceX with a Buy rating and a price target of $230, implying potential upside of 44.7%.

He believes the earnings generated by the company's artificial intelligence business segment will exceed the current consensus on Wall Street.

He wrote: "If the broader operating environment for the entire AI industry does not experience a pullback, over the next 6 to 18 months, market earnings estimates for (SpaceX's) AI business will still remain on the conservative side (compared with the consensus)."
