华润置地有限公司（股份代号：01109）宣布，联交所已批准其建议分拆商业不动产REIT至深圳证券交易所上市，并授予公司保证配额豁免。
据公告披露，华润置地曾于2026年4月28日发布公告，提及向联交所提交应用指引第15项申请，并申请豁免严格遵守该指引第3(f)段关于向股东提供保证配额的规定。2026年5月15日，联交所确认批准该分拆方案，同时授予上述保证配额豁免。
关于保证配额豁免的条件，公告指出，主要包括不向股东提供保证配额的理由、公司已取得法律顾问函件阐明中国法律及规例对提供保证配额的限制，以及董事会已书面确认建议分拆及豁免为公平合理，符合公司及股东整体利益。
公告同时提示，公募基金上市需受当时市况及深圳证券交易所、中国证监会审批准则限制，因此不保证该公开发售会进行或确定具体时间，股东及有意投资者买卖公司证券时应审慎行事。
