2026年4月8日，中国卫生集团（股票代码：00673）发布截至2026年3月31日的股份变动月报表。公司报告期内普通股及可赎回可换股累积优先股的注册股本保持不变，其中普通股法定股本维持在100,000,000,000股，面值每股港币0.1，合计注册股本港币10,000,000,000；可赎回可换股累积优先股则维持在15,000股，面值每股美元0.01，合计注册股本美元150。
