通过港交所聆讯后，博泰车联网科技（上海）股份有限公司（以下简称“博泰车联”，股票代码：2889.HK）于9月22日开启港交所上市招股。此次招股计划全球发售1043.69万股H股（视超额配股权行使与否而定），其中，中国香港发售股份104.37万股，国际发售股份939.32万股。招股时间为9月22日至9月25日，招股价定为102.23港元/股。按照计划，博泰车联将于2025年9月30日正式登陆港交所。
