Huajin International Holdings (02738) announced that Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Deloitte) resigned as the company's auditor effective December 29, 2025. The resignation followed an inability to reach a consensus on audit fees for the annual consolidated financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025. This was due to the need for additional audit resources stemming from the Group's routine business adjustments, mid-term continuous operating losses, and other cash flow-related factors. The Board of Directors further announced that, upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, Zhongrui Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd.
