奇瑞汽车股份有限公司（09973）8月10日公告称，公司董事会将于2026年8月20日（星期四）召开会议，届时将审阅并批准公司及其附属公司截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩，并拟刊载于即将发布的中期报告中。
公告显示，董事会目前由执行董事尹同跃先生、张国忠先生；非执行董事王来春女士、李晶女士、王津华先生、王孝伟先生、鲍思语先生、尹祥领先生、胡敬源先生；以及独立非执行董事商文江先生、杨棉之先生、叶盛基先生、路风先生、石琴女士、黎汝雄先生组成。
