SUPERROBOTICS (08176) announced that effective December 15, 2025, Mr. Su Wenbin has been appointed as an executive director by the board. Concurrently, Mr. Su Zhenhui will step down from his roles as Chairman of the Board, Compliance Officer, and the company's authorized representative under the GEM Listing Rules as of the same date. Consequently, Mr. Su Wenbin has been appointed to assume these positions starting December 15, 2025.
