2026年上半年，天津港发展（股票名称：天津港发展）实现持续经营业务营收63.21亿元，同比增长14.5%。若将上年同期包括已处置的销售业务计算在内，则去年同期合并口径营收为69.47亿元，整体口径同比减少9.0%。管理层说明，该差异主要受上年销售业务处置因素影响。期内，毛利约23.88亿元，同比增长23.1%，毛利率从上年同期的35.1%提升至37.8%。经营活动所产生的现金流入净额为14.43亿元，较上年同期的12.28亿元增长约17.5%。公司在行政开支方面投入10.28亿元，同比增长15.3%，主要由于员工成本上升所致。
业务分项
装卸业务方面，散杂货装卸收入31.61亿元，同比增长9.5%，对应吞吐量为1.31亿吨，同比增长3.5%；其中合并口径吞吐量1.02亿吨，较上年同期增长3.6%。集装箱装卸收入14.28亿元，同比增长32.6%，对应该业务吞吐量为1,121万标准箱，同比增长5.8%；其中合并口径吞吐量661万标准箱，同比增长4.9%。其他港口配套服务业务收入17.32亿元，同比增长11.1%，主要源于该业务量稳步上升。整体来看，装卸及配套板块的量价双增带动了收入与毛利的明显提升。
