Mar 18

The chairman of South Korea's Financial Services Commission stated on Wednesday that the country will, in principle, restrict so-called dual listings of parent and subsidiary companies by establishing specific standards and implementing rigorous reviews. This measure aims to prevent damage to shareholder rights and interests.

South Korea also plans to release a list of companies with low price-to-book ratios (PBR) to prevent corporations from neglecting their undervalued stock prices.
