China CITIC Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), together with its subsidiaries, announced that on February 5, 2026, Ms. Dong Hong was elected as an employee director at the third meeting of the fourth session of the employees’ congress. Her appointment is subject to approval by the National Financial Regulatory Administration and will span a three-year term, with the possibility of re-election upon expiry.
According to the announcement, Ms. Dong, aged 47, is a senior auditor with a legal professional qualification certificate. She previously served in various roles at the Special Commissioner’s Office of the National Audit Office in Changchun before joining the Company in April 2021. She has held positions including deputy general manager and, later, general manager of the Audit Department as of July 2023. Ms. Dong graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor’s degree in economic law.
The Company stated that Ms. Dong has no relationships with any directors, senior management, substantial shareholders, or controlling shareholder of the Company, nor does she hold any shares of the Company under Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance. She has no directorships in other listed companies within the last three years. Ms. Dong will not receive specific director’s remuneration but will receive remuneration based on her management position, including basic annual salary, performance-based annual salary, and certain employee benefits.
