2026年9月16日，华津国际控股有限公司（02738）发布补充澄清公告，就2026年7月21日披露的“司法事务详情”作出说明。公司强调，涉入执行程序的民营企业为集团之独立第三方，并非关连人士，在所有权、管理权、控制权及日常营运方面均独立于华津国际控股。
公告指出，该民营企业曾因一般日常业务往来，在为结清其应付本集团的贸易应付款时，以自有土地向集团附属公司厦门成大设立抵押。后续华津国际控股与厦门成大因采购合同发生争议，该民营企业因其土地抵押权利人身份被纳入相关执行程序。华津国际控股强调，该民企并非涉事采购合同的订约方，也未参与合同磋商、签署或履行。
此外，董事会主席许松庆及非执行董事许健鸿以个人身份为集团与厦门成大的商业合作提供担保。公司表示，该等担保依据一般商业条款或对集团更有利的条款提供，已完全豁免遵守《上市规则》第14A章下的申报、公告及独立股东批准要求。
除上述澄清外，7月21日公告的其他内容保持不变。华津国际控股董事会目前由执行董事许松庆（主席）、陈春牛（行政总裁）；非执行董事许健鸿，以及独立非执行董事陈爱发、叶雅婷组成。
