China In-Tech Limited (Stock Code: 00464) has announced that its board of directors plans to convene a meeting on 27 November 2025. According to the announcement dated 4 November 2025, key items to be discussed include consideration and approval of unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements for the six months ended 30 September 2025, and a review of the possible payment of an interim dividend. The closure of the Register of Members may also be considered if necessary.
The current board consists of three executive directors and three independent non-executive directors. The meeting aims to review the interim results and address any other relevant matters that may arise.
