On 6 February 2026, CROSSTEC Group Holdings Limited disclosed a partial conversion of its convertible bonds. HIL converted HK$7.7 million of its bond holding at a price of HK$0.11 per share, leading to the issuance of 70,000,000 new shares. As a result, the total number of issued shares increased from 296,624,000 to 366,624,000.
Following the conversion, MKI remains the largest shareholder with 84,700,000 shares, representing about 23.10% of the enlarged share capital. HIL now holds 70,000,000 shares (around 19.09% of the total), while other public shareholders collectively own the remaining 57.81%. The new shares issued represent approximately 23.60% of the previously issued share capital and around 19.09% following the enlargement.
