Directel Maintains Stable Share Base and Public Float in March 2026 Update

Directel Holdings Limited has reported to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited that its share capital structure remained unchanged for the month ended 31 March 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital stayed at HKD 100.00 million, representing 500.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.20 each. No increase or decrease in authorised share count or capital was recorded during the period.

Issued share capital was likewise steady: 244.88 million ordinary shares were in issue at both the beginning and end of March, with no treasury shares outstanding. Consequently, total issued shares also remained at 244.88 million.

Directel confirmed compliance with the minimum 25% public-float requirement stipulated for GEM-listed issuers, indicating sufficient shares remain held by public investors.

The filing further noted that there were no new share options, warrants, convertible securities or other equity-related agreements executed during the month, and no repurchases or cancellations of shares took place.

The monthly return was submitted on 1 April 2026 by Tricor Investor Services Limited, acting as the company’s branch share registrar.
