Bulletin Express
May 15

Boyaa Interactive International Limited (“BOYAA”) announced a further delay in dispatching its circular related to the proposed Bitcoin Acquisition, extending the deadline to on or before 29 May 2026.

The circular was originally scheduled for release by 15 May 2026, following earlier announcements on 22 March, 16 April, and 30 April 2026 that outlined the planned major transaction involving a Bitcoin Acquisition and the accompanying Bitcoin Acquisition Agreement.

Management cited the need for additional time to finalize information required under the Hong Kong Listing Rules as the reason for the postponement.

The circular will include full details of the Bitcoin Acquisition and the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The announcement was authorized by the Board of BOYAA, chaired by Executive Director Dai Zhikang. Other current board members include Executive Director Tao Ying and Independent Non-Executive Directors Cheung Ngai Lam, Choi Hon Keung Simon, and Lim Marco Jun Kit.
