周三（7月9日），爱依斯电力涨超12%，报道称爱依斯电力因收到收购意向而正在探索相关选项。
消息面上，彭博社周二援引知情人士消息报道称，由于受到大型投资公司的收购意向，美国电力公司爱依斯正在探索各种选项，包括可能出售公司。
在过去两年其股价下跌约一半后，数家大型私募股权公司和基础设施投资者有意收购该公司。
报道称，若以约400亿美元的企业价值对爱依斯进行杠杆收购，这将跻身有史以来规模最大的收购交易之列。
