报告期内，公司继续聚焦物业营运业务，实现营收38,173千港元，同比减少18.8%。据公告披露，相比上期，购物中心租赁面积收缩及租金下调等因素是导致物业板块收入下滑的主要原因。原本作为终止经营业务的航空货运包机业务在本期未产生任何收入，而上期该业务收入为42,268千港元，主要由于公司已结束相关业务运营。
