INDIGO STAR (08373) announced that Mr. Chen Bingquan has resigned from his position as independent non-executive director of the company due to personal arrangements, effective from August 22, 2025. Mr. Chen Bingquan will also cease to serve as chairman of the audit committee and member of the company's remuneration committee and nomination committee from August 22, 2025. Mr. Lin Ruikang has been appointed as independent non-executive director, effective from August 22, 2025.
