Qunabox Group Limited disclosed that it repurchased 100,000 ordinary shares on 28 August 2026 via on-exchange transactions, paying an aggregate HKD 0.97 million. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 9.67 to HKD 9.68 apiece, implying a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HKD 9.68 per share.
The buyback represents 0.04% of Qunabox Group’s 264.90 million issued shares before the transaction. All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation, although they remained in the issued-share total as of the disclosure date. No treasury shares were retained.
The transaction was executed under the general mandate approved on 22 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 26.49 million shares. Including the latest purchase, 100,000 shares—or 0.04% of the mandate limit—have been utilised to date.
In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Qunabox Group is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares until 27 September 2026.
