天津银行股份有限公司（01578.HK）7月31日公告称，已收到《天津金融监管局关于董晓东天津银行首席合规官任职资格的批复》（津金覆[2026]193号），核准董晓东女士担任公司首席合规官的任职资格。根据相关规定，董晓东自2026年7月29日起正式履行首席合规官职责。
此前，天津银行于2026年3月30日发布《关于聘任首席合规官的公告》，提请任命董晓东为首席合规官，任职生效以监管机构核准为条件。本次批复的取得，标志着董晓东的任职资格正式生效。
公告同时披露，截至2026年7月31日，公司董事会成员包括： 1. 执行董事：于建忠、吴洪涛、郑可、董晓东； 2. 非执行董事：董光沛、彭冲、布乐达、幸建华、王顺龙、王善君； 3. 独立非执行董事：曾俭华、陆建忠、顾朝阳、冯景华、彭冰、韩良。
天津银行强调，其并非香港法例第155章《银行业条例》所指认可机构，不受香港金融管理局监管，亦未获授权在港经营银行或接受存款业务。
