本次回购价格区间最高参考价为每股约1.266美元，最低约1.14美元。公告显示，回购股份尚未全部注销，变动后公司A类普通股仍维持在254,416,106股，连同B类普通股15,446,778股，截至相关日期公司已发行股本合计269,862,884股。公司先前于2025年6月25日获股东大会通过购回授权，目前剩余额度约为26,300,429股。
