11月7日，海伦司盘初涨超12%，董事会决定行使回购股份授权。
海伦司公布，股东已于2025年5月14日审议通过一般性及无条件给予董事一般授权，即回购不超过股东周年大会当日已发行股份总数10%的股份(即不超过1.27亿股股份)。公司表示，于2025年11月6日，董事会决定行使回购股份授权，拟在公开市场以现有内部财务资源回购不超过回购股份授权的股份数。公司相信，现时股份的买卖价格并未充分反映公司的内在价值，股份回购反映公司对经营增长前景及财务状况的长远信心，提升每股股份的资产净值及盈利回报，符合公司及股东的最佳利益。
