Hong Kong, 24 June 2026 – Xiaomi Corp (XIAOMI-W) has disclosed fresh movements in its share capital under a Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Share issue • On 23 June 2026 the company issued 262,800 new weighted-voting-right (WVR) Class B ordinary shares to participants of its employee share scheme (non-directors) at HK$2.44 each. • The allotment represents a dilution of 0.001% versus the 21.39 billion Class B shares outstanding as at 22 June 2026. • Following the issue, total Class B shares in issue rose marginally to 21.39 billion, bringing Xiaomi’s overall issued share count (excluding treasury shares) to 25.84 billion, which also includes 4.45 billion Class A shares.
Ongoing share repurchases • Between 27 April and 23 June 2026, Xiaomi repurchased 110.77 million Class B shares for cancellation, equal to roughly 0.43% of the 22 June outstanding share base. • The most recent transaction, executed on 23 June 2026, involved 8.44 million shares bought on the Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$22.58 to HK$23.18, costing HK$192.96 million in total (average HK$22.87 per share). • All 8.44 million shares acquired on 23 June are earmarked for cancellation.
Repurchase mandate utilisation • The current shareholder mandate, approved on 2 June 2026, authorises repurchases of up to 2.58 billion shares. • Since the mandate’s adoption, Xiaomi has repurchased 52.96 million shares, equivalent to 0.20% of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date. • Under listing rules, Xiaomi is restricted from issuing new shares for 30 days following the 23 June repurchase, setting a moratorium until 23 July 2026.
