德昌电机控股有限公司（00179）10月9日公告称，基于对截至2026年9月30日止六个月未经审计综合管理账目的初步评估，公司预计期内股东应占溢利介乎5000万至5800万美元，较2025年同期录得的1.33亿美元减少约7500万至8300万美元，跌幅约为56%至62%。同期总营业额预计与去年同期保持大致相若。
公告指出，盈利下降主要受多重因素影响，其中外汇相关影响占据相当部分。去年同期公司录得可观的外汇收益，而本期未录得相应收益，外汇因素整体预计导致净利较去年同期减少约4900万至5500万美元。
除外汇因素外，因应市场竞争采取的定价措施、针对仍在协商中的客户扣款及索偿所作出的拨备、原材料及其他投入成本上升，以及劳动与其他运营成本的通胀压力，亦对盈利造成压力；部分影响获其他收入、拨备及税项方面的有利变动所抵销。
董事会提醒投资者，本次数据基于初步评估，尚未经过核数师或审核委员会审阅。公司计划于2026年11月公布正式中期业绩。公司呼吁股东及潜在投资者在买卖或投资公司股份时保持审慎。
